Every year after harvesting our organic oil pumpkins in Steiermark, we have our organic pumpkin seed oil produced using traditional methods. Pumpkin seed oil contains valuable minerals such as zinc. It has a nutty flavor and can therefore be used in the preparation of a wide variety of savory dishes as well as sweet dishes and cakes.
